Yuri Gotsanyuk: Officials must bear personal responsibility for failure to comply with duties

The Prime Minister added that for non -fulfillment of measures, control orders, breakdowns of terms and unattion of planned indicators for subjective reasons, officials must be personally responsible.

This is necessary to increase the efficiency of work and ensure transparency in management— he emphasized.

During the meeting, reprimands in the administrations of the five regions were announced: Yevpatoria, Krasnoperekopsk, Bakhchisaray, Black Sea and Pervomaisky districts, due to the non -distinction between targeted indicators for additional revenues to the municipal budget.

As for the sanitary cleaning of the territories, reprimands were carried out by the administrations of Belogorsk, Belogorsky, Pervomaisky, Simferopol districts and Sudak city district. As part of the readiness of improvement facilities, reprimands also relate to the administrations of Alushta, Armyansk, Kerch, Krasnoperekopsk, Feodosia and the Krasnoperekopsky district — these are those municipalities that have not passed a single object.

The only one who successfully coped with the task and completed work until July 1 was the Kirovsky district— said Gotsanyuk.

The situation with public transport requires special attention, among the outsiders, Kerch, Sudak, Armyansk, Evpatoria, Nizhnyansky and Kirovsky districts are allocated. On the appeals of citizens in Kerch, two comments and one reprimand were made, in Feodosia — one dismissal, an explanatory conversation was held in Yevpatoria.

Under the performing discipline, irregular instructions were also noted from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea, the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo” and the administrations of Belogorsk, Yevpatoria, Leninsky and Bakhchisarai regions.

A more strict control and a systematic approach to the performance of official duties and instructions are necessary in order to ensure the stable development of municipalities and solve the urgent problems of Crimeans— summed up Yuri Gotsanyuk.
