Yuri Gotsanyuk: the federal project «Development of infrastructure in key settlements» has been developed

A meeting was held with the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the regions of our country on improving the quality of the living environment and key settlements. This was reported by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuriy Gotsanyuk.
As part of the implementation of the new national project «Infrastructure for Life», a federal project «Development of Infrastructure in Key Settlements» has been developed. Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation presented at a meeting the compiled lists of 2,000 key settlements for their development, and the criteria for classifying settlements as such. It is necessary to ensure an increase in the standard of living in these settlements by 30% by 2030 and by 60% by 2036, according to the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin— the press service quotes Yuriy Gotsanyuk.
According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, the list of support settlements may include small towns or rural settlements provided with all types of engineering and social services and characterized by a high level of improvement and transport accessibility of territories located within a 50 km zone from it.
A key settlement is a key economic, infrastructural and settlement framework, the development of which contributes to the accelerated achievement of the goals, objectives and priorities of the spatial development of the Russian Federation. There are 23 such points in Crimea— said Yuriy Gotsanyuk.
