Zolotaya Balka intends to build a family hostel for employees in Khmelnitsky
Winery «Zolotaya Balka» plans to build a family hostel for its employees in the village of Khmelnitsky. This will allow the company to support specialists working for the development of the wine industry — it is planned that this measure will increase labor productivity many times over, said Elena Kostenko, general director of the winery.
Zolotaya Balka is one of the largest taxpayers in the region, we have 650 employees on our staff: they are mainly winegrowers and winemakers, including those who come from other regions. We value the people who work for us, and we believe that the more significant the support measures are, the more stimulus our colleagues will have to work. In addition, in the future we will be able to invite highly qualified specialists and provide them with housing, and, accordingly, increase the number of jobs. In turn, this will allow us to increase labor productivity, and ultimately this will positively affect the economy of the region.— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Elena Kostenko.
Currently, there is a building of a former kindergarten on the site, which has not been operating for about 30 years. It is in disrepair: it is planned that it will be demolished, and modern service housing will be built on this site for permanent employees who need it — medium and high-skilled specialists.
To start the construction of a hostel, it is necessary to include the land plot in the territorial zone, which allows the construction of such buildings as the main type of permitted use of the land plot. On August 21, public discussions began on changes to the rules for land use and development of the city, the documents are posted on the website of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning.
