Zolotaya Balka intends to increase labor productivity as part of the national project
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Zolotaya Balka was the first in Sevastopol to be involved in the implementation of the national project «Labor Productivity», which is being implemented jointly with experts from the Federal Competence Center. Participation in the national project will allow minimizing losses with the help of lean technologies, without attracting additional financial costs and investments.
Experts help the company improve management, logistics and sales of products, implement lean manufacturing technology. As a result, the business not only improves productivity, but also increases revenue. In 2023, specialists from the Federal Center of Competence, together with representatives of the enterprise, have already begun fruitful work: from diagnostics to real events— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
In order to join the national project «Labor Productivity», an enterprise must meet several criteria. So, the company’s revenue for the previous year should be at least 400 million rubles, the company itself should belong to one of the basic non-primary industries, namely: manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction, trade.
According to Elena Kostenko, General Director of Zolotaya Balka, the company expects to increase the quality and volume of products in response to consumer requests thanks to the national project Labor Productivity.
Participation in the national project is both a serious challenge and a great responsibility for us. As a full cycle winery, we produce products under the status of a protected geographical indication. This ensures that the grapes are grown in a specific geographical area and the wine is a natural local product.— says Elena Kostenko.
Recall that Zolotaya Balka makes wines from its own grapes. The territory of the vineyards has different areas, the lowest point is located 70 m above sea level, the highest — 250 m. The history of «Zolotaya Balka» is more than 130 years old.
