1 out of 5 Crimean employers provide pension packages

1 out of 5 employers spoke about the presence of pension packages in the company. The top 3 components include gifts for the holidays, corporate events and financial assistance. Representatives of companies from Crimea took part in the SuperJob service survey.
Pension packages are valid in 20% of enterprises and organizations in Crimea. 13% of companies now give gifts to pensioners for the holidays, 12% invite pensioners to corporate events, and 11% provide financial assistance. 9% of employers practice lump sum payments to retirees. 7% of companies pay for voluntary health insurance policies. In 6%, a monthly fixed amount is transferred to the pensioner’s account. Another 4% compensates for the costs of sanatorium treatment. 3% of employers insure the life and health of pensioners. Also, 3% pay their former employees a corporate pension, formed from the company’s contributions to the non-state pension fund. 2% of employers provide pensioners with compensation for the cost of treatment and/or medicines,” noted the service’s press service.
Among the companies supporting retired employees, the majority are large industrial enterprises. Pension packages are available at energy companies, medical organizations, banks, and chain retailers. State-owned companies are generally more likely to provide pension packages than private businesses.
