The sports festival of the GTO festival “10 years — together” continues in Sevastopol. Over the course of three weeks, events take place at various venues in the city. Today the Kachi families took part in the competition. Children and adults completed the relay race against the clock, and then received well-deserved awards.
The event is being implemented within the framework of the regional project “Sport is the norm of life” of the national project “Demography”.
A large GTO festival has started, which gave people motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle, first of all, for the whole family. Because most often our children are actively engaged, but our parents are actively working. Therefore, with the help of such a festival we would like to involve our fathers, mothers, grandparents. And the GTO badge will become a guide, because the GTO system has developed standards for all ages– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the head of the city’s sports department, Sergei Reznichenko.
The participants of the sports meeting were able to practice passing the GTO under the guidance of specialists. But the main task of the teams was the relay race — several competitions at once, including complex standards: long jump, throwing and abdominal exercises.
