1000 years of Russian history: the first multimedia educational road train-museum will be launched in Russia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The audience will see 1000 years of Russian history. Touchscreen panels, digital reconstructions, gesture-controlled media and projections will present many fascinating facts about great dynasties, as well as debunk myths about the Middle Ages and much more,” said Ivan Yesin, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, managing director of the Humanitarian Projects Foundation.
According to him, the train consists of five cars designed with the latest technology in a prefabricated configuration, which, in fact, will become a mobile town with its own infrastructure. According to Ivan Yesin, visiting the multimedia transforming city will be a unique experience both for residents of regional capitals and for citizens of small settlements. “The road train will tell about the first steps on the path to Russian statehood, the adoption of Christianity and the baptism of Russia, touch on the history of the hero city of Sevastopol, and also offer a look at the usual issues of modern history from a new angle and evaluate events such as the creation and collapse of the USSR, perestroika , restoration of the state and the reasons for the beginning of the SVO,” he drew attention and emphasized that during a three-hour visit to the exhibition, guests will be able not only to go through several separate exhibitions and discover the history of Russia, but also to try the new career guidance program “Ticket to the Future” in action , which has also been successfully operating in Sevastopol for several years.
According to Ivan Yesin, the museum train will set off on a journey across the country in honor of National Unity Day from the site at VDNKh. In addition, the navigator of the “Russia – My History” road train is set to new territories, where it will go in 2023. The new exhibition format will cover the most remote regions of the country, tens of thousands of people, thanks to the road train, will see the main exhibitions of the historical park “Russia is my history”, and almost half of the digital infrastructure of the road train will be occupied by materials from the “Ticket to the Future” project, including the course “Russia is my Horizons», which gained popularity throughout the country. The road train was created on the basis of the exhibitions of the Patriarchal Council for Culture on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin by the Humanitarian Projects Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
It is important, as noted by Ivan Esin, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, managing director of the Humanitarian Projects Foundation, that the route of the road train, which is currently being developed, is being supplemented upon request from the regions and will also be sent to remote areas.
