195 residents of Sevastopol entered into legal relations with the regional branch of the SFR for compulsory social insurance.
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, 195 city residents entered into voluntary legal relations with the regional SFR Department for compulsory social insurance. In 2024, the SFR Department for Sevastopol paid temporary disability and maternity benefits in the amount of over 3 million rubles to voluntarily insured citizens.
Entrepreneurs, members of peasant (farming) households, lawyers, notaries, arbitration managers and other persons engaged in private practice are subject to insurance in case of temporary disability and in connection with maternity.
To be eligible for benefits in 2025, an individual entrepreneur must pay contributions for compulsory social insurance in 2024. To do this, you must submit an application to the client service of the SFR Branch, to the MFC or on the public services portal, — the press service quotes the head of the OSFR for Sevastopol, Elena Gaivoronskaya.
The amount of insurance premiums is calculated based on the cost of the insurance year. It is defined as 2.9% of the minimum wage (MW) at the beginning of the financial year for which premiums are paid, increased by 12 times. Thus, by the end of 2024, it is necessary to pay 6,696 rubles 22 kopecks so that in 2025 a citizen will have the right to insurance coverage.
Insurance premiums not paid in full in the previous year are subject to return to the policyholder’s account within a month from the day following the day of sending the policyholder the decision to deregister. Also subject to return without an application are insurance premiums paid in the calendar year in which the policyholder is deregistered both by application and on the basis of information on exclusion from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs.
