24 wastewater treatment facilities are being built and reconstructed in Crimea

Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuriy Gotsanyuk reported during a working visit to wastewater treatment facilities:
The Chernomorskoye and Olenevka wastewater treatment plants have already been put into operation. The Saki wastewater treatment plant will also appear soon. The capacity of the Chernomorskoye facility is 5,000 cubic meters per hour. In Saki, the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant will be 15,000 m3/day.
According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, in the village of Olenevka in the Chernomorsky district, construction of biological treatment facilities with a system of distribution collectors with a capacity of 798 m3/day, including distribution sewer networks with a total length of 35.7 km, has been completed.
New biological treatment facilities will ensure the implementation of complete biological treatment and safe disposal of sewage wastewater and household waste and their subsequent water disposal. In total, 24 treatment facilities are being built and reconstructed in the Republic of Crimea within the framework of the state program «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol»— said Yuriy Gotsanyuk.
