CrimeaPRESS reports:
3 out of 10 Crimeans turn to accountants and personnel officers for clarification regarding the calculation of vacation pay. Representatives of the economically active population who took annual paid leave during the calendar year took part in the survey of the service for finding highly paid jobs SuperJob.
Over the past 12 months, 33% of Crimeans have turned to financial or HR department specialists with a request to clarify the procedure for calculating vacation pay: in the end, 26% understood how vacation pay was calculated, 7% did not. 67% did not ask for clarification, including both those who know the calculation procedure and those who were embarrassed to ask,” noted the service’s press service.
City residents under 34 years of age have more questions regarding vacation pay amounts (38% of them request advice). The older the respondents, the less often they turn to accountants and personnel officers with such questions (25% among those 45 years and older).
