500 entrances of apartment buildings to be repaired in Yevpatoriya

The head of the republic emphasized the need to bring Evpatoria into proper order as soon as possible. «The city needs to be completely transformed, it must correspond to the image of a resort. The main task for today is to determine what forces and means we will use to achieve this goal. Let me remind you that everything must be under the constant personal control of the leadership of the municipal administration— the press service quotes the Head of Crimea.

Among the urgent tasks, Sergei Aksyonov identified sanitary cleaning and cleaning, watering green spaces, cutting down dead wood, completing sidewalk repairs, and regulating the tariff for the maintenance and repair of property in apartment buildings.

At the same time, the Head of the Republic emphasized that the acceptance of certificates of completed work by responsible persons should be carried out locally.

Absolutely everything should be done with the direct participation of the authorities, who go out onto the streets, personally monitor the processes, adjust the activities of public utilities if necessary, communicate with citizens. We need to completely build and debug the system once — and simply maintain it in proper condition. After July 15, there should be no «gray zones» left in Yevpatoria, each section will be assigned to a responsible person– the Head of Crimea explained.

Sergey Aksyonov also noted that parking lots and open ground areas need to be put in order.

All areas in front of shops and indoor areas should be either covered with crushed stone or paved. Pedestrian paths can be paved with slabs, – the Head of the Republic believes.

Among other things, Sergey Aksyonov instructed the Yevpatoria administration to monitor carriers’ compliance with public transport schedules; establish interaction with private contractors and redistribute cleaning zones with the city’s public utilities; organize lawn watering, and also lower their level. The head of Crimea added that the city will be provided with an additional number of watering machines as needed.

In addition, Sergey Aksyonov informed that Roman Tikhonchuk has undertaken to repair 500 entrances in Yevpatoria apartment buildings at his own expense. The list of entrances that most need repairs will be agreed upon with the city administration.

In addition, the Head of Crimea drew the attention of the administration and the contractor to the need to speed up the dismantling of the emergency sea pier on the V.V. Tereshkova embankment and complete the work within the previously announced deadline.
