A broadcast of the Bishop's Christmas tree was held in Crimea

Today on the website of the Simferopol and Crimean diocese, the broadcast of the Bishops’ Christmas tree «Peter and Paul Song invites friends for Christmas» was broadcast. The program began with a greeting and blessing from Metropolitan Lazar of Simferopol and Crimea and congratulations from the Head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

This Christmas concert was organized for disabled children, children from low-income and large families, pupils of boarding schools and orphanages, and Sunday school students. The Crimean diocese emphasized that none of these children were left without gifts.

The concert was attended by: senior and junior members of the ensemble «Peter and Paul’s Song» (a joint project of the Peter and Paul Cathedral in Simferopol and the MBOU «Tauride School-Gymnasium No. 20 named after St. Luke»), vocal choral studio «Crimean Pearls», vocal studio «Sounds of Music», which includes finalists of the international competitions of performers «New Children’s Wave» and «Junior Eurovision».
