Festive exhibition «New Year's Kaleidoscope» in the Evpatoria Museum of Local Lore
Traditionally, during the New Year and Christmas holidays, the Evpatoria Museum of Local Lore hosts an exhibition of Christmas decorations and New Year’s cards.
The museum exhibition «New Year’s Kaleidoscope» presents more than exhibits from the museum’s collection, including Christmas tree decorations 1930-620-s, New Year cards 1950-620-s, a collection of Santa Clauses and Snow Maidens, made in 1940-620-s, — told the museum.
The showcases show Christmas decorations made of cotton wool, cardboard, glass. Among them you can see fairy-tale characters, astronauts, space rockets and airships, beads and stars, as well as tiny Christmas trees decorated with miniature toys.
The New Year’s Kaleidoscope exhibition will be open throughout the New Year holidays.
