Police officers brought to administrative responsibility a driver who grossly violated traffic rules in Evpatoria.

During the monitoring of social networks, a publication was identified in which a user complained about the driver of a Nissan Serena car, who was on the street. Dmitry Ulyanov in the city of Evpatoria committed a gross violation of the requirements of clause 1.3 and clause 8.4 of the Russian Federation Traffic Regulations, which created the danger of a collision.

State Traffic Inspectorate employees identified the offender. He turned out to be a local resident, born in 1992. Administrative materials have been drawn up against the driver under Part 3 of Art. 12.14 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of maneuvering rules) and under Part 2 of Art. 12.16 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to comply with the requirements prescribed by road signs or road markings)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

The negligent driver will have to pay a fine of one and a half thousand rubles.
