A man died in a fire in Sevastopol

Experts are establishing the causes of the fire in Sevastopol, on Ochakovtsev Street. The fire occurred in an apartment on the 2nd floor of one of the buildings. The Ministry of Emergency Situations received a message about this at 15:43 today.
Having arrived at the scene, firefighters immediately began extinguishing the flames and inspecting the home for the presence of people there. Unfortunately, a man was found dead inside.
The fire was extinguished at 16:19. At the same time, due to heavy smoke, residents of neighboring apartments were evacuated. Two people were taken out into the fresh air along a flight of stairs using rescue respiratory and eye protection devices— reported the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the city of Sevastopol.
The fire area was 15 square meters. The causes and circumstances of the incident will be established by the competent authorities.
