A meeting of the coordination and methodological council of notary chambers of the Southern Federal District was held in Novorossiysk.

Representatives of the notary chambers of the Southern Federal District, including the president of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Olga Kalenkovich, gathered to discuss important professional issues.

During the working event, colleagues discussed the following topics:

• Providing information on notarial acts performed within the framework of Article 5 of the Fundamentals of the Legislation of the Russian Federation on notaries (in particular, at the request of banks, financial managers, bailiffs, lawyers, investigators, bodies of the Russian Guard, etc.);
• Features of notarization of transactions with real estate owned by minors, minors, persons with limited legal capacity and incompetent;
• Features of the marriage contract certificate if there are credit (debt) obligations of the spouses;
• Notarization of the agreement on granting an option to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of a share in the authorized capital;
• Features of registration of inheritance rights in relation to property located in an individual bank safe; weapons; insurance payments; testator’s SIM card and telephone number.
