The police, together with operatives, detained in Sevastopol a resident of one of the Central Asian republics, who, as part of a group of people, by prior conspiracy, attacked his friend.
It was established that in 2018, a 30-year-old foreigner met a 34-year-old resident of Chelyabinsk on social networks and, during correspondence, agreed to meet at his home. He went to visit his interlocutor along with his friend. During a short conversation, a conflict arose between new acquaintances and the foreign guest demanded that the owner of the apartment exchange smartphones. Having received a categorical refusal to part with an expensive phone, the foreigner began to threaten the man with a knife, and his accomplice helped immobilize him and threatened to beat him. After this, the raiders took a mobile phone worth 45 thousand rubles, some clothes and food from the owner of the apartment, and then disappeared in an unknown direction.— the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs revealed details.
As a result of operational search activities, employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Chelyabinsk identified the identity of one of the suspects in committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery”). As it turned out, he moved to Sevastopol.
Thanks to close interaction, employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol, their colleagues from Chelyabinsk and employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, with the force support of the special unit SOBR “Sokol” of the Russian Guard, the attacker was detained and taken to Chelyabinsk.
In addition, employees of the Migration Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol established repeated violations by a foreigner of the regime of stay on the territory of Russia, as well as the fact of providing false information when carrying out migration registration. For committing these offenses, administrative protocols were drawn up against him under Part 1 of Art. 18.8, part 1 art. 19.27 and part 4 art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and a decision was made to revoke the temporary residence permit in the Russian Federation.
