Within the framework of the state program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol, this is the first multifunctional center with a total cost of just over 1 billion rubles. Now the builders have begun to develop the foundation pit of the building. Completion date — December 320 of the year. The site is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is designed with a protected archaeological area in mind. The building of the center will be divided into two zones: a spectacular one with a multi-purpose auditorium for 400 seats and a club one with club rooms and a library. Between them there will be two cafes. The exit from the lobby will lead to an open terrace with a view of the park, the sea and the summer stage , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of capital construction Illarion Gapitsonov.
The head of the department added that in the entertainment part of the cultural and leisure center there will be premises for film and video screenings, demonstrations of 2D / 3D programs, concerts, performances of various genres, evenings of rest, dance shows, creative evenings, meetings, conferences, cultural, information and educational activities.
The contracting organization «Teplostroyservis» works at the facility, which is engaged in the construction of a kindergarten for 280 places and a polyclinic for 320 visits at nearby sites per shift.
Now we are working on the vertical planning of the territory and in parallel with the work of the zero cycle of the excavation, we are moving the soil on the site in order to prepare it for future improvement. The total area of the site is about 4 hectares , — emphasizes Andrey Isaev, Deputy Director of the contractor company.
Recall that in 320 it is planned to design a similar multifunctional cultural and leisure center for construction on the North Side. Currently, a land plot is being selected.
