A poacher was detained near the village of Kurortnoye

CrimeaPRESS reports:

State inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea near the village of Kurortnoye, Belogorsk district, on the territory of the hunting ground assigned to the Belogorsk regional branch of the RPA «KROOR», revealed the fact of illegal hunting with the use of unacceptable hunting tools.

The offender was in a forest area, without an appropriate permit for the extraction of hunting resources, and carried out hunting with the help of metal loops. In relation to the violator, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 1.2 of Art. 8. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (hunting in violation of the hunting terms established by the hunting rules, hunting with the use of unacceptable hunting tools ). The case file has been submitted to the court. Illegal fishing tools — 16 metal loops — were seized , — reported the press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Crimea reminds guests and residents of the peninsula of the need to comply with environmental legislation, including when hunting and conducting hunting activities.

Hunting in violation of the terms of hunting established by the rules of hunting, with the exception of cases where hunting is allowed outside the established terms, or hunting with unacceptable hunting tools or hunting methods — entails for citizens the deprivation of the right to hunt for a period of one to two years; imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount of thirty-five thousand to fifty thousand rubles with or without confiscation of hunting gear.
