A positive conclusion has been received for the construction of a new building of the Dnepr sanatorium in Crimea

The Main State Expertise of Russia issued a positive conclusion of the repeated state examination for the construction of a new building of the Dnepr sanatorium of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Crimea. This was reported by the press service of the Unified Customer PPK, which acts as the state customer for construction work.
The adjusted design documentation and the results of engineering surveys for the 300-bed dormitory building under construction received a positive conclusion from the repeated state examination from the FAU Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. Currently, 45% of the monolithic work at the site has already been completed and the installation of external water supply networks has been completed. Construction of the new building is planned to be completed in 2025– said the press service of the “Single Customer”.
They also added that the key feature of the building’s appearance is its complex geometry, which will blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape of the area.
The new dormitory building will have one-room and two-room double rooms, each of which will be equipped with a bathroom and a balcony. The building will also house a dining room, utility, service and administrative premises.
Builders will also create a comfortable environment for visitors in the adjacent territory of the new building. The construction of convenient passages, illuminated pedestrian paths and walking areas is provided.
Sanatorium «Dnepr» is located 16 km from Yalta, in the village. Gaspra in the ancient park of regional significance Kharaks. On its territory there is an ancient relict park, a medical base, sports infrastructure and an indoor swimming pool with sea water. The institution specializes in the treatment of diseases in the field of cardiopulmonology, neurology, dentistry, traumatology and orthopedics.
