A private cosmetologist from the Black Sea region will be responsible for providing poor-quality services
CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the Investigative Committee, the investigation into the criminal case against a self-employed cosmetologist from the Black Sea region has been completed. Investigative bodies accuse the woman of providing services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in negligence in causing grievous harm to health (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The Razdolnensky Interdistrict Investigation Department established that a woman without a license to carry out cosmetology activities, without special education, certificates or work experience, provided services in the field of plastic surgery. Thus, a private cosmetologist for a fee of 6 and 7 thousand rubles at home, using a plasma current device that does not have a registration certificate from Roszdravnadzor, performed a facelift on two residents of the Chernomorsky district— reported in Sledkom.
As part of the investigation, a commission medical examination was carried out, which confirmed that through her actions the private cosmetologist deliberately provided a service that did not meet health safety requirements, causing serious harm to women’s health, expressed in facial disfigurement.
The criminal investigation has now been completed. The materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office in order to approve the indictment and send the case to court.
