A resident of Koktebel had to demolish a floor in a private residential building

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol told the details of the story:

Resident of the village Koktebel, which erected a four-story private residential building, thereby violating established technical standards and current safety standards. The administration of the locality responded to these violations. Subsequently, according to a court decision, the citizen was ordered to demolish the illegally erected fourth floor. The debtor was in no hurry to comply with the court’s decision and meet with the claimant’s representatives. In this connection, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Feodosia of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the citizen. However, the debtor also decided to ignore the legal demands of the enforcement officers.

For untimely execution of a court decision, the department’s bailiff issued a ruling against a resident of Koktebel to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of five thousand rubles. However, even then the woman did not express a desire to demolish the unauthorized fourth floor in her private residential building. Subsequently, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Feodosia of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol repeatedly brought the citizen to administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the non-property requirements contained in the executive document under Art. 17. 15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. According to the court decision, she was fined a total of 5 thousand rubles.
