Employees of the Private Security Department of the Russian National Guard detained a drunk man whose hooligan actions caused material damage to the property of a karaoke club.
At night, the centralized monitoring console of the regional division of the Russian Guard received an “alarm” signal from an entertainment establishment located in the very center of the hero city. At the scene of the incident, the club administrator pointed out to the National Guard a man who had grossly violated the rules of conduct in a public place. It was established that the visitor, who was in the company of friends and was abusing alcohol, approached the crystal chandelier, tore off the pendants from it and threw the weighty part into the display glass of the window, breaking it. The hooligan responded to comments from the establishment’s staff with obscene language. A squad of the Russian Guard detained a 39-year-old local resident and took him to the Leninsky district police department for further investigation.
