In June of this year, the convict, while at the place of residence of his friend, stole a phone that belonged to him. Under similar circumstances, the man stole another phone. It was also established that in June of this year, an attacker stole a bicycle from the entrance of one of the apartment buildings.
At the end of June of this year, the convict, while in the area adjacent to an apartment building on Pobeda Avenue, during a conflict with an acquaintance, stabbed the latter several times in the abdominal area.
The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 3 years and 5 months in prison. The convicted person will serve his sentence in a special regime correctional colony. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
