In Sevastopol, in the House of Culture of Rybakov, a solemn meeting and a rally-concert were held, timed to coincide with the Day of Defender of the Fatherland and the Day of People’s Will.
Today I want to once again thank our heroes, our defenders. To those who today in the zone of a special military operation protect people and the Russian world. Sevastopol on the attack line. They are trying to scare us, but it won’t work. We have a wonderful Black Sea Fleet. They protect us from any adversity. February 23 is a special day for Sevastopol. When the people of Sevastopol proved to the whole world that Sevastopol is the most Russian city. Yes, some did not accept our choice, but this is their problem. We knew that Sevastopol has always been, is and will be the soul of Russia— guernator Mikhail Razvozhaev congratulated the military personnel and all Sevastopol residents on the holiday.
The head of the city emphasized that the heroism and courage of the participants of the NWO have become an example for every person. Mikhail Razvozhaev also addressed the families of the fallen soldiers:
We will always remember those who died. Being with the families of our heroes is a sacred duty for us.
The day before, during his address to the federal assembly, President Vladimir Putin proposed the creation of a state fund that would help and coordinate all types of assistance for NWO participants and their families. This work is already underway in Sevastopol.
During the rally-concert, creative teams of the city performed: the show group «Walk Soul», the dance ensemble «Atlantika», the vocal ensemble «Golden Epaulettes», the vocal ensemble «Fire Bird», the exemplary choreographic ensemble «Kaleidoscope», Honored Artist of Russia Olga Pankratova , Honored Artist of Russia Anna Masorina, Honored Artist of Sevastopol Vyacheslav Muzychenko, Honored Art Worker of Crimea Sergey Burshtein, participant in the Voice of Children TV project Maxim Ovchinnikov, theater and film actor Alexander Shamritsky, poetess Maria Batyukhno and other artists.
