A terrible accident on the Simferopol — Krasnoperekopsk highway: three people died on the spot

Police are conducting an investigation into a fatal accident in the Krasnoperekopsky district. The accident, which claimed the lives of three people, happened this afternoon, at 17:15 on the Simferopol — Krasnoperekopsk highway.

The driver of a BMW car, moving 114 km + 200 m, drove into the oncoming lane, as a result of which he collided with a VAZ 2115 car, driven by the driver, born in 1999, which was moving in the opposite direction. As a result of the accident, the drivers of both vehicles were killed. A woman born in 1982, who was in a BMW car as a passenger, also received injuries incompatible with life.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.

Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Krasnoperekopsk region are working at the scene of the accident. An investigation is being carried out and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
