A week of autumn holidays is open at the Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators

CrimeaPRESS reports:

An annual tradition of the Sevastopol Theater for Young Spectators has become a week of theatrical shows for spectators of all ages during the autumn holidays. From October 27 to November 5, the theater invites everyone to the world of exciting stories about exploits and heroes, as well as fairy tales that are filled with hope, dreams and love for the Motherland.

Vacations are not only a time for active recreation, but also an opportunity to learn something new. These days, the theater’s repertoire includes bright fairy tales for the little ones. We pay great attention to performances from the new project “For Posterity as an Example,” where viewers have the opportunity to share opinions and discuss what they saw, — the pre-service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the honored worker of culture of the city of Sevastopol, director of the theater Andrei Maimusov.

The repertoire of the autumn holidays includes fairy tales for family viewing: “Cinderella”, “Cat’s House”, “Caution, Children!”, “Mistress of the Copper Mountain”, “Scarlet Sails”. As part of the educational cycle “For Posterity as an Example” you can watch the following productions: “Sea Festival in Sevastopol”, “Mercury” — a Russian brig”, “Taste of Copper Wire” and the premiere play “Sevastopol Boy”.

The start of educational and cultural recreation was given by the performance of the play — an elegy based on the Russian classics, the story of the same name by Ivan Turgenev “Asya”. The production revealed to teenagers the love story of the characters: subtle, tender, pure.

This year we have prepared a varied program for the children and our goal is to make the autumn holidays a time for communication with the whole family. At SevTUZ, holding a week of theatrical shows for spectators of all ages these days is already an annual tradition. We invite you to spend your holidays in the world of art,” commented the director of the department of culture, Angela Sumakova.

After watching the play “Asya”, there was a discussion of what was seen with the moderator of the meeting, Honored Artist of the Republic of Crimea Aksinya Normanskaya and the theater artists.
