About 19 million rubles will be allocated to curb bread prices in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Sevastopol, bakery producers will receive subsidies from the federal budget as compensation for part of the costs of selling products. The total amount of payments will be 19 million rubles. As noted in the city government, the purpose of the support is to curb the rise in bread prices, so the main condition for granting a subsidy is the obligation of producers not to raise selling prices.
Such state support has already shown its effectiveness last year: despite inflationary expectations, it was possible to avoid a rise in bread prices.
The government of Sevastopol also approved the procedure for granting the Agroprogress grant, which is a measure of state support for agricultural producers. It is provided to micro-enterprises or small enterprises of the agro-industrial complex included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses.
Thus, an agricultural producer can receive non-refundable state funding in the amount of up to 20 million rubles, but not more than 25% of the costs of implementing its Agroprogress development project, while 70 % of the project cost must be secured by an investment loan, and the remaining 5% — by the company’s own funds.
