According to the law of drama: the gun on the wall will fire sooner or later. In Crimea, the “shooter” was severely punished
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Deputy Prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Kuznetsov supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 48-year-old local resident.
It was established that in January of this year, the accused, while at his place of residence in the village of Partizanskoye, using gunpowder, made 5 cartridges for his gun. Due to hostile relations with a neighbor, the man, taking a weapon and ammunition, arrived at his house, where he waited for the victim at the front door and fired two shots at him, causing injuries. The accused was unable to complete his criminal intent due to the timely medical assistance provided to the victim.— reported the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 12 years in prison to be served in a maximum security correctional colony, 2 years of restriction of freedom and a fine of 200 thousand rubles. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
