All-Russian conference «Real estate of the Crimea: reality and prospects» in Sevastopol. What were they talking about

On May 26-27, 2023, the second All-Russian Conference «Real Estate of Crimea: Reality and Prospects» was held in Sevastopol.
The conference was opened by Ruslan Marinutsa, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Guild of Realtors in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, thanking all participants for their interest in the event and their willingness to discuss acute issues of the present and future real estate market.
On the situation in the real estate market of the Russian Federation told:
- President of the Russian Guild of Realtors Irina Zyryanova,
- Valery Kazeikin, First Vice President of the National Agency for Low-Rise and Cottage Construction, reported to the participants about legislative support and prospects for housing construction in Russia,
- Ekaterina Safonova spoke about new strategies in the mortgage programs of JSC GENBANK (Head of Department for Work with Partners and Mortgage Lending of GENBANK JSC),
- The topic of mortgage was continued by Irina Rudakova (full member of the International Academy of Mortgage and Real Estate), focusing on an individual approach and exclusive solutions in mortgage lending in the complex development of territories,
- the lively interest of the audience was caused by the speech of Pavel Khanaev (Head of the Sevastopol branch of Rosvoenipoteka) with a report on novelties in the legislation on the accumulative mortgage system of housing for military personnel.
From the construction community, two interesting topics were presented: Nikolai Galichkin (commercial director of PARANGON group of companies) shared information about the development of new construction projects in the Crimea and Sevastopol in accordance with consumer preferences, and Andrey Toropov (head of development projects Tavrida Development, NW Novaya Livadia) told how approaches to the formation of residential real estate projects in Crimea are changing with the arrival of developer teams from the mainland.
Particular attention at the conference was paid to the digitalization of the real estate market. The speeches of representatives of IT technologies were devoted to this topic: “Digitalization of the real estate market. Access to the resources of the real estate market of the whole country «- Roman Kornikov (CEO of the digital platform Banki.shop), “Effective use of social networks (VKontakte, Nelagogram, Telegram, TenChat and Yandex. Zen) in the work of a realtor” — Ekaterina Stabrovskaya (Marketer, founder of the SMM agency «Marketing Department»), “What is happening in the real estate market of Crimea and how to simplify the path to a deal in the current realities?” — Petr MokhovCIAN key partner manager).
And, of course, the issues of interaction between realtors and partners in the real estate market, both in related segments and among themselves, occupied a significant place at the conference.
Mikhail Grin spoke about the interaction of realtors and arbitration managers in bankruptcy proceedings (Chairman of the Board of ANO «REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FORUM»)
Tatyana Klyus, Vice-President of the Kamchatka Guild of Realtors, discussed the prospects for cooperation between Kamchatka and Crimea.
Natalya Massalskaya, Director of the Academy of Sciences «Multidom», shared her opinion on the implementation of State programs in the primary real estate market of Crimea and Sevastopol.
Dmitry Zhidelev, President of the Crimean Guild of Realtors, drew the participants’ attention to the sources of the agency’s additional profit in the new conditions.
Igor Kolokhov, director of Sevastopol Real Estate Gallery LLC, spoke about the state of the real estate market in Crimea and Sevastopol under the conditions of a special military operation.
Inna Remchukova, Vice President of the Sevastopol Real Estate Association of Realtors, analyzed how to overcome the psychological barrier when conducting interregional transactions and jointly increase income.
Grigory Apresov, President of the Sevastopol Real Estate Association of Realtors, spoke about the experience of the Training Center in mentoring in the system of training realtors.
On the second day, May 27, two events were held that were devoted to the exchange of experience, professional information, and issues of organizing cooperation — the discussion platform of the RGR and the “open day for Developers”, where 4 interesting new construction projects in Sevastopol and Yalta were presented to the conference participants.
The conference was attended by 138 participants and another 269 people watched it via online broadcast.
