The crew of the small anti-submarine ship (MPK) «Kasimov» of the Black Sea Fleet, performing combat training tasks in stormy weather, successfully hit surface and air targets imitating the enemy. This was reported by the press service of the Southern Military District.

In the Black Sea, the sailors worked out the organization of the ship’s air defense, the search and tracking of air targets. Then they carried out artillery firing at sea and air targets , the message says.

It is specified that the crew of the Kasimov MPK also successfully passed the first course task, the purpose of which was to prepare the ship for the campaign and work out the elements of combat and daily activities while moored at the base.
