Another 13 orphans received keys to new apartments in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Today in Sevastopol, the keys to apartments in a new building were handed over to orphans. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev recalled that he carried out such a pleasant mission quite recently — on September 1. Then orphans moved into new apartments. And here are some more lucky ones.
For the first time in 8 years, we have managed to significantly reduce the queue for receiving apartments. Previously, it was almost impossible to buy the necessary apartment with the funds allocated by the budget, none of the developers applied for auctions , — said Razvozhaev.
According to him, the city government acted as a shareholder at the stage of building a house on Laboratornoye Highway.
For 134, 3 million rubles we received 13 apartments. On average, one apartment cost us a little less than 2.5 million. This is the first such experience in Russia and we have successfully implemented it in less than 1.5 years , — said the Governor of Sevastopol.
The keys to more apartments will be handed over to the orphans after checking the documents. Also, by the end of the year, the city authorities plan to purchase more 30 apartments for orphans.
