Another record of traffic violations posted on social networks, another violator in Crimea punished

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Not for the first time (similar stories — HERE And HERE) a video of traffic violations in Crimea, posted on social networks, becomes the basis for punishing the violator. This time, employees of the State traffic inspectorate of Yalta brought to justice the driver who grossly violated the rules of the road. A video was published on the Internet social network, in which the driver of a Lexus car grossly violated the Rules of the Road.

It was established that on May 28, 2023 at 12:57 on the Yalta-Sevastopol highway on a two-way road, the driver, in violation of the requirements of road markings, crossed two solid lines and made a left turn, which created a risk for a possible traffic accident. The State Traffic Inspectorate conducted an inspection and identified the violator. A 45-year-old man, at the request of the police, appeared at the Yalta traffic police unit to clarify the circumstances— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.

In relation to the violator, a decision was issued in the case of an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (left turn or U-turn in violation of the requirements prescribed by road signs or roadway markings). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles.
