Another traffic violator in Crimea was punished after publishing a video of the violation on social networks

Another video of a gross violation of traffic rules on the road in Crimea — and the next violator will soon become a pedestrian. On a social network, a user complained about the driver of a VAZ-21104 car, who grossly violated the Traffic Rules by overtaking a car in the coverage area of ​​road sign 3.20 “Overtaking is prohibited”, while driving into the lane intended for oncoming traffic. Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Nizhnegorsky region quickly identified the offender. He turned out to be a 44-year-old local resident.

Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction.” The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to 6 months— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
