The creative project takes place within the framework of the All-Russian festival «Crimean Mosaic».
As part of the All-Russian festival of fine and decorative arts «Crimean Mosaic» in Simeiz, an art workshop «Republic of Masters» started.
Its participants were 25 masters of arts and crafts and fine arts from the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, the Republic of Adygea, Rostov, Lipetsk and Yaroslavl regions, Sevastopol, Sudak, Dzhankoy, Krasnoperekopsk and Feodosia.
During the period of the art workshop, joint creative work of leading masters and artists is carried out. Thus, there was a workshop «Lace pattern» (lecturer Galina Bogdanova), a workshop and presentation «Clay and its varieties» (lecturer Pavel Ermolenko, Honored Craftsman of the Republic of Crimea), a master class in graphic drawing with brushes «Sailor’s Dream» and coffee -art (lecturer Viktoria Popova), presentations of masters and artists of the festival laureates, where each participant was able to talk about their direction of creativity and present their works— the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea reports.
The art workshop in Simeiz will last until June 30. The final stage of the action — an exhibition of works by the laureates of the festival will be held in July 2023 at the Crimean Ethnographic Museum.
