An interactive assistant has been launched on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, allowing you to find out about the possibility of paying tax under the simplified taxation system in 2022 year. In the new service, you just need to enter your TIN and click the «Check» button.
The system will check whether the taxpayer complies with the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 2022 . N 512 «On changing the timing of tax payment (advance tax payment) paid in connection with the application of the simplified taxation system in 2022 year”, and will give the result — whether or not it is possible to use the support measure. If the taxpayer does not fall under the specified preference, the system will offer to go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and get acquainted with other business support measures , the press service of the department reported.
