Federal Tax Service of Russia: the service «State registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs» has been updated

The Federal Tax Service of Russia has updated the State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs service, with which you can quickly register or liquidate a business, as well as make changes to the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs. The following innovations are available in the new version of the interactive service for state registration:

• it is possible to select the taxation regime and notify the tax authority about it;
• it is possible to choose a model charter;
• the stage of consideration of documents sent for registration is displayed;
• results registrations are uploaded to the service for download by the user;
• convenient choice of types of economic activity;
• submission of a publication to the journal Vestnik state registration.

The main features of the new service:

• based on the data specified by the user in this service, a ready-made application is automatically generated, which can be downloaded and submitted to the tax authority independently on paper, according to by mail, through the MFC or using the service in electronic form with the electronic signature of the applicant;
• information about the status of processing the Application is sent to the «Notifications of this service» section. It is also available in the service mode «My applications when authorizing in the Service»;
• the result of state registration is sent to the applicant in electronic form at the e-mail address specified in the application.

If desired, documents can be obtained on paper. In case of receipt of documents by an authorized representative, an identity document is required, as well as a notarized power of attorney.

The updated service is easy and convenient to use: tips and informational messages are clearly structured in it depending on the stage of filling out the application.
