Bailiffs of Sevastopol helped seven orphans find a roof over their heads
CrimeaPRESS reports:
On the eve of the New Year, the Bailiffs of the Interdistrict Department for the Execution of Special Enforcement Proceedings of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Sevastopol helped 7 orphans to get the housing they were entitled to by law.
In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, orphans and children left without parental care belong to the category of citizens who are entitled to state assistance and support, including the provision of housing in case of its absence. Contrary to the current legislation, young people did not receive the keys to the apartments within the time period established by law. When the relevant documents were received by the service, the bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings and, as a result of the work carried out to implement the rights of orphans, the Department of Capital Construction of the city of Sevastopol concluded a social employment agreement with young people and handed over the keys to comfortable apartments. The enforcement measures taken allowed 7 citizens from the socially unprotected category of the population to receive the keys to their own apartments , the press service of the department reported.
Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution.
