Bailiffs: the results of the raid «Defaulter» in Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

On June 1, on International Children’s Day, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service conducted a raid «Defaulter» — they checked the property status and the actual place of residence of debtors evading payment of alimony.

Bailiffs visited more than 30 parents who forgot about the obligation to pay alimony for the maintenance of their minor children. As part of 2 enforcement proceedings, the property of the debtors was seized. For those who were not at home, the bailiffs left a notice of their appearance at an appointment with the bailiff. Not wanting unpleasant consequences, the very next day, more than half of the non-payers came to the appointment of the bailiffs. In relation to one of them, an administrative offense case was initiated under Art. 5.35.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Non-payment of funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents); another defaulter provided a receipt for payment, and there are those who provided documents on employment, which will now be levied and ordered to withhold alimony from wages. The rest were explained further actions and terms for paying alimony to their minor children , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in Sevastopol reported.

We recommend that citizens pay alimony to their children on time so as not to fall into the ranks of debtors, because caring for children is the sacred duty of every parent. You can find out about your debts on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Sevastopol www.r92.fssp.gov.ru in the «Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings» section.
