In Sevastopol, employees of the emergency rescue unit of the Specialized Detachment of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry responded to an unusual call. Residents of the house on Ostryakova Street reported that on one of the balconies the bird got tangled in the rope, which, in turn, caught on the decorative trim.
Upon arrival, experts established that the incident happened on the 4th floor, a swift fell into a trap. Immediately, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations went up to the apartment, one of them climbed onto the balcony railing and carefully released the bird from the fetters. On examination, no injuries were found. She was allowed to take a breath, and then released — the bird freely fluttered up from the hands of the rescuers— the details of the story were announced in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Sevastopol.
