In Sevastopol, bailiffs arrested the entrepreneur's vehicle. For what?

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The businessman and resident of the city of Sevastopol was engaged in the manufacture and installation of furniture, which later, after an examination carried out by clients, turned out to be inconsistent with quality standards.

Citizen G.’s customers sued him and won the case. According to the court decision, the businessman was obliged to pay his clients a fine for the moral damage caused to them in the total amount of 877 thousand 500 rubles. However, the debtor did not comply with the court decision within the established time limits, and as a result, enforcement proceedings were initiated against him in the bailiffs’ department for the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The employees of the department notified citizen G. that he was a party to the enforcement proceedings, but even then the businessman did not consider it necessary to pay off his debt obligations on time, for which the bailiffs imposed a performance fee of 55 thousand rubles on him— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

In order to induce the debtor to pay a fine for non-pecuniary damage, employees of the bailiffs department for the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol temporarily restricted citizen G. from traveling outside Russia and imposed a ban on registration actions with his vehicle means. However, these measures did not have the desired effect on the Sevastopol citizen, and therefore the bailiffs made an exit at the address of citizen G. use, and arrested him. Realizing the seriousness of the situation and not wanting to part with his beloved car, citizen G. soon appeared at an appointment at the bailiff’s office and promised to pay off the accumulated debts as soon as possible. Employees of the department of bailiffs for the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol warned the businessman that in the event of further evasion from paying a fine for moral damage, his vehicle would be seized and transferred for evaluation with subsequent forced sale to pay off the existing debts.
