Dear residents and guests of the city, please note that the bike parade is not a sports race, no competition in speed or endurance is expected! The holiday is aimed at popularizing the bicycle as a means of active recreation and is designed to motivate the population to lead a healthy lifestyle, give up bad habits, moral education and gain basic knowledge of the rules of the road and safe movement on the roads , — they appeal to the townspeople bike parade organizers.
