Black Sea Fleet missilemen conduct training to strike designated targets

In accordance with the combat training plan for the forces (troops) of the Black Sea Fleet, crews of the fleet’s anti-ship missile systems conduct training to strike designated targets using mobile coastal missile systems.
Divisions of coastal missile systems “Bastion” and “Bal”, mobile coastal complexes for reconnaissance of sea and air conditions, as well as crews of SU-30SM aircraft from the Naval Aviation and Air Defense of the Black Sea Fleet are involved in combat training activities.
During the exercise, military personnel from the Bastion coastal anti-ship missile systems (BAMS) battalion from the coastal missile and artillery brigade of the Black Sea Fleet (Black Sea Fleet) marched to the position area to practice a set of missions in the fieldreports the press service of the Southern Military District.
Combat crews arrived in the designated area, deployed the systems for combat use, and prepared for firing at designated targets.
