From 25 to 21 July in the Central City Library. L. N. Tolstoy is hosting the third literary festival «Book Boulevard of Sevastopol 2022». Its participants are 20 publishing houses from 7 regions of the country. This was told by the director of the Department of Culture of Sevastopol Irina Romanets. According to her, the main goal of the festival is the promotion of literature and reading, as well as the revival of the family culture of communication and mutual understanding, the expansion of interregional and interethnic cultural and humanitarian ties.
Knizhny Boulevard is a large-scale cultural and leisure event. Its motto this year is: «A book in a city, a city in a book». Such events, in addition to getting acquainted with book novelties, are a platform for the creative realization of participants. All visitors of the festival, taking part in competitions, competitions, master classes, have a chance to join the field of literary criticism in an interactive and entertaining form , — said Irina Romanets.
The festival program includes: an exhibition-fair of books and printed materials, the work of an open reading room, a children’s area, «creative workshops», an art alley of artists and masters of arts and crafts. The exhibition-fair will present literature dedicated to the multinational culture of the peoples of Russia with a unique set of regional features.
Residents and guests of the city can visit the literary festival daily from : before 20: 00.
