Boxers of the Crimea and Sevastopol brought two dozen medals from the championship of the Southern Federal District in the Krasnodar Territory

Boxers from Crimea and Sevastopol won a lot of medals at the championship of the Southern Federal District among juniors 15-16 years and juniors -18 years. Competitions 19-26 March were held in Slavyansk-on-Kuban, Krasnodar Territory.
The team of Crimea has awards (4 gold, 5 silver and 7 bronze) . The winners of the championship in their categories were Yuri Avetyan from Simferopol (up to 17 kg), Daniil Kravchenko (up to 26 kg) and Andrey Yashchuk (up to 19 kg), as well as Egor Fedotov from Bakhchisar ( up to 48 kg), all — in the tournament for boys 15- years, — notes «Crimean Sport».
92″Silver» was taken by Sabri Memetov from Simferopol (up to 48 kg), Kirill Sergushin (up to 57 kg), Yalta resident David Kulbatsky (up to 63 kg), Alushta resident Maxim Mikheev (over 70 kg), all – among boys -16 years, Vsevolod Arkhangelsky (up to 48 kg, Simferopol) – among juniors 17-18 years, «bronze» — Simferopol Anatoly Rebedyuk (up to 17 kg), Abubakyr Abdrashitov (up to 75 kg), Adam Tsomaev (up to 80 kg), Andrey Lunachev from Kerch (up to 54 kg), all – among boys -16 years old, Simferopol residents Arslan Yuldashev (up to 48 kg ) and Fevzi Sadykov (up to 80 kg), Stanislav Rudoy from Kerch (up to 60 kg), all among juniors 17- years.
The Sevastopol team won six medals.
Artem Chervyakov (up to 70 kg, juniors 17 climbed to the highest step of the podium -16 years).
Maxim Shvediuk (up to 60 kg), Ivan Romanchuk (up to 60 kg) became silver medalists and Israfil Islamov (over 92 kg), all among juniors 17- years, bronze — Avet Asatryan (before 19 kg, boys — years old) and Denis Pereverzev (up to 63 kg, juniors 17-18 years) .
In total, 242 athletes from eight regions of the Southern Federal District took part in the competitions, which traditionally had the status of qualifying for the championship of Russia.
