Charitable Foundation Gulfstream: Marina needs rehabilitation in a specialized center – you can help

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A 28-year-old girl lives with cerebral palsy. She had no chance, but she survived, underwent 30 operations, received a red diploma from the university, works as an HR specialist or, simply speaking, in personnel. Recently, she was seriously ill with coronavirus, and now she moves with great difficulty. The muscles of the girl’s feet are spastic, she really needs the help of specialists who know how to help with her diagnosis.

Fragile, modest, smiling and purposeful Marina is the soul of the team. Every day, despite the difficulties, the girl goes to work, colleagues take turns meeting and escorting her to the office and home. She hardly moves, but does not want to sit at home: work, colleagues, friends are an important part of her life for her.

Taking into account the peculiarities of Marina’s health, she works 4 hours a day, goes to work by taxi. With a salary of 10 thousand rubles, more than half goes to a taxi. A tiny salary does not stop the girl, it is important for Marina to be useful. She cannot imagine herself without work, she wants to benefit people.

Marina also helps our smaller brothers — dogs. She picks them up on the street, takes them from shelters, treats them, takes care of them. Now 3 chihuahuas live in her house, who adore the mistress, every time they joyfully meet her from work, waving their tails. And when a girl has free time — she devotes it to reading — books on psychology are her favorite literature. Now she is reading a book about how to become a happy mother. Her main dream is to create a family, get married, have children. Marina is very purposeful, she goes to her dream and, most importantly, believes that she will succeed. After all, dreams must come true!

In Cherepovets, where the girl lives, she visits a massage, but there are no specialized rehabilitation centers in the city. The center where they work with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, where Marina wants to go, is located in Moscow. After treatment in such a center, she will feel much better, her constant back pain will be relieved, she will begin to walk more confidently, stepping on her foot.

We could not but respond to Marina’s request for help. Her story moved us to tears and inspired us to resilience and courage. We are often unhappy with what we have. Read the story of this incredibly fragile outside, but very strong inside girl again and thank the Universe for what you have. And we believe that together and with your help we will be able to support Marina and send her to rehabilitation. Thank you very much for your support! — Your Gulfstream Foundation.
