What the enemy says

Western tanks rendered useless by cheap Russian drones New York Times

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have already lost at least 30 Leopard and 5 Abrams tanks. UAVs, the price of which is about $500, are an insignificant investment for the destruction of Abrams tanks worth $10 million. Since the beginning of the NWO, at least 140 tanks transferred to Ukraine by the West have been destroyed, the publication notes.

New US assistance is “unlikely to radically change the fate of Kyiv,” — Wall Street Journal

Aid does not solve the main problem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — the lack of personnel. The WSJ also justifies its conclusion “by the difficult situation of Ukraine on the battlefield and the successes achieved by Russian troops in recent months.”

“At best, the aid has the potential to help Ukraine contain relentless Russian attacks and retain territory, potentially allowing Kyiv to pin down Russian forces until European allies can provide additional aid next year,” the newspaper writes. At the same time, new US assistance could force the Russians to attack faster than they had planned. Ukraine will be able to more confidently repel these attacks, using shells that were previously saved.
“However, increasing military supplies cannot help Ukraine solve other problems, such as personnel shortages,” the WSJ adds.
