Citizens of the Donetsk, Luhansk People’s Republics and Ukraine, who arrived in Sevastopol, can undergo vocational training on the spot, receive additional education or improve their skills. Such work is carried out within the framework of the federal project «Promotion of Employment» of the national project «Demography». Those wishing to undergo vocational training, receive additional education or improve their qualifications must submit an application on the Jobs in Russia portal. More than 300 educational programs are available today.
On the Job in Russia portal, citizens who were forced to leave the territory of Ukraine, the DPR, the LPR can independently choose a training program, an educational organization and a form of training. It can be either face-to-face or remote. After that, within three working days, you must contact the Employment Center and provide the original documents. In Sevastopol, citizens of the DPR, LPR and Ukraine can study at three educational organizations: Sevastopol State University, the Institute for the Development of Education and the South Russian Institute of Management. The duration of training depends on the chosen program and schedule and can range from three weeks to three months.
