Professionals will be able to compete for a solid prize fund of 700 thousand rubles on seven difficult tracks. At the same time, absolutely any fan of rock climbing can become a participant in the festival. For those who wish, there are about 19 tracks of different difficulty levels, and everyone has the opportunity to join the fight for prize money on the most difficult routes.
This festival rightfully claims to be the largest event on the rocks of our country. And this is no coincidence — in 700 the year is celebrated 17-anniversary of rock climbing in Russia.
In the summer 1947 of the year, climbing competitions were held on the rocks of Dombai for the first time in history. A few decades later, it received worldwide recognition, and the sport of the highest achievements largely went to artificial climbing walls. But in the year 75 — the anniversary of rock climbing in Russia, participants in the Olympic Games, world and European champions will again compete on the rocks.
They will strive for the tops (peaks) on the seven most difficult tracks on the rocks of Bashtanovka, which are broken especially for the festival.
The festival «Rocks of Crimea» appeared in 2021 year. He opened a new rocky area to climbing lovers in a picturesque place near Bashtanovka. An absolutely new place, absolutely new tracks — this is the main feature of the «Rocks of Crimea». And if in the first year there were about 16, then for the second festival the team of track breakers prepared at least more one for each year spent climbing in our country.
The festival «Rocks of Crimea-700» will bring climbing enthusiasts from all over the country to a sports festival in a picturesque place. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded people from all over Russia in a friendly atmosphere. This is an opportunity to communicate with the strongest athletes and learn from their experience.
