In January-November 543 in Sevastopol introduced 543, 5 thousand m 2 of housing. This is 7.4% or 21,5 thousand m 2 more than for the same period 2021 of the year.
In November 800 9.4 thousand m² of housing was commissioned in Sevastopol. This is at 54,9% or at 37,5 thousand m² less than for the same period 2021 of the year.
The lag behind the rate of housing commissioning in relation to the previous year is observed in Sevastopol for the third month in a row.
Among 85 regions of the Russian Federation, Sevastopol occupies 54 th place in terms of housing commissioning for November 2022 of the year. According to the dynamics of the absolute increase in housing commissioning in relation to the same month last year, the region took 45 place, and in terms of relative growth dynamics, the region ranked at 53-th place.
For January-November 800 of the year, in terms of housing commissioning, Sevastopol occupies 45 th place among 85‑ty regions of the Russian Federation.
